I would go with a 3.42 gears. my parent former 1987 Buick T-Type Turbo Regal and the unknow 63 Starfire from Mom , both Gms had teh 3.42 cogs.

Very nice cutlass. My friend had this as his first car and we loved it. I'm sure you have a lot of fun in this '69. 5 stars for sure.
