UPDATED: 31 st October, 2009 (pg.4)

This is my latest Project: A custom 1998 Suzuki Samurai (My favorite vehicle in the World). Btw, this is my second samurai, had one when I was going to college:

But I sold it and bought the Glanza V. Anyway, I plan to go all out on this one, and turn it into a modern import, with the performance of a sports car.

This is what it looked like when I bought it:

It was jacked up and used for off-roading (the complete opposite of what I wanted it for)

This is how it looks now, took of the big wheels and tyres, and lowered it back down:

My Plans include:

1.   Lowering it so that the fenders tuck over the wheels a lil (22" rims- Chrome in 265/30R22 Rubber).

2.   Complete wide bodykit w/ Invader 6 front bumper and side skirts..

3.   Engine conversion to a J18A Suzuki Baleno Sport -120 HP DOHC 16v 1800cc then turbocharging  that.

4.   Power everthing- windows, door locks,  M3 mirrors, and if possible the soft top.

5.   Custom Candy Red Paint wit Candy flakes.

6.   Lambo Doors.

7.   Radar technolgy alarm (for the soft top)

8.   Bi-Xenon 7" Projector Headlights

9.   Tail light conversion to 2000 Toyota Tacoma Crystal Altezza tail lights

11. Sparco Milano Racing seats

12. Custom fiber glass interior panelling

And the list goes on......

This is my UPDATED impression of what it should look like when am done. (Used PS CS4)

Hope you guys like it as much as I do. And hope no one does something like this before am done.

But remember....I was the first :).

Will keep the page updated as work progresses......

I gotta say, your building a wicked little ride here.Chili is doing a fine job, but are you going to have him build a canopy(on the back) for it too? The motor looks awesome resting in place, even with the clearance' issues. 5*'s

Damn man. that's gonna be a sick ass Sammy... I'm lookin at stepping up to 22's from my 20's. My only concern is the clearance up front. With the 20x9 wheels and 245/35/ZR20 tires I clear the wheel well by about an inch front and back. I found one tire in a 22 that is the exact same overall diameter as the stock tires (my current tires are .3" smaller) however, the width has become an issue. I fear I might rub the control arm. Dang these Trackers/Vitaras. haha...Check out my 99 Tracker tho.
