I got this Escort from my dad summer of '07.

I had just gotten my liscense and a month later i crashed MY explorer...no biggy, just 2 days of bondo and trying to bend the frame back into position. :)

So i took this escort from my dad, which had an estimated 300k miles.  The odometer reads 109244, but it has since 02.  My father puts 45k miles on a car per year driving 45-50 miles to get to work everyday, and he drove the car for 4 and a half years before we parked her.  We retired it when my dad couldnt bend down and get into it without hurting his back.

I got the car for free, and it already had dual gap spark plugs with the 8mm wires. Everything else was stock. I started driving and loved it. 5 spd escort surely beats an automatic explorer with no balls.

Interior: I'm making my own custom interior, all stock, but painted black and white.. Im also going to paint (yes paint) my upholstery with this awesome upholstery paint named Simple Spray.  Im going to make all the fabric in the car be black!
On top of all that, im going to put green neons all over to match the color of the car and the color of the dash...
