The hood looks like the same thing on the KR mustang. The hood was done in a joint effort of myself and the owner of Doctor Deisel Truck and Auto Performance, Ron Pistone. I did the prep and he shot it.
Aftermarket Bullit rim with 275s
On the Mustang II Dyno at God Speed in state college PA. I'm a student at PSU and part of the auto club. As you can see the engine bay is stock except for the ram air attachment to the airbox. Peak horsepower was 285 at the wheels. So I gained about 30 over stock. Not bad for an 87 oct tune.
Currently the only mods done are 3.73 gears, SCT tune, Deep trans pan, Magnaflow axel back and wider rear tires.
And yes it does see track time
If you can't read it the best time is on the right slip 13.38 @ 102.08. That was before I put on the hood or the gears. Just a tune and axel back. I'm used to high torque big blocks so this thing was a breeze to drive.
