This is my sound system. It mainly consists of Alpine components, but is complimented by Infinity, Rockfordfosgate, and Power Acoustik accesories. The trunk set up will soon have 4 Alpine Type-S 5 1/4 speakers and a 23" Monitor... Pics will be up shortly. (Some pics you have seen before)
An Alpine Cda-9861 CD/DVD Deck is the brains of the operation, runs everything off my Iphone and has the most amazing sound...
I Installed power Acoustik Silk Dome Tweeters and ran them through Alpine type R crossovers mounted in the doors. the Factory speaker size was 4X6. but i have 6 1/2 type R's in each door. the rear deck is Type S 6X9's.
The Twin Alpine type R 10" subs are Powered by a Power Acoustik Lt-980 2 Channel amp and a Rockford 1/ Farrad Capacitor. RMS wise, it delivers 900 watts to each sub, its hella loud when i crank up the bass.
And here are the Twin Type R's... soon to have an all new look. Hoping to replace what you see here with 2 subs speakers and a big ol monitor...
