My Metallicar

This is  my new and quite large project!

She is a 1967 Impala SS (stock SS) and I am the third owner of this car

I looked high and low for a 67 that I could restore and this was the only once I could find!

She has not been on the road since 1976 and has 100,000 original Km's on her. The second owner had her sitting in a field for the past 12 years and hasn't been started for about 7 years.

I plan to make her a Resto Mod not a complete original (where's the fun in that)

upon looking at the interior photos and noticing the trunk lid I saw that the car is actually an SS. my apologies, but I thought that the SS would have a bigger engine then the 327

I am about to pick up a 67 fast back for a little over a grand, this car is so awesome, The one i am getting has a 283 but I will be swapping a 327. This car will look awesome when it is done, best Impala year IMO. A couple questions though. Who told you that this was an SS. Wouldnt it have the SS emblems? unless the previous owner for some reason decided to take them off and make it look like they were never there, which would be a big waste of time. Also the SS had a 427 as kws13 posted, and this car clearly has a 327 judging by the badge on the side, this is all speculation, it could really be an SS with a 427, it just doesnt look like it. NICE CAR EITHERWAY

I love the Impala. It's an SS so it has the 427 right? Check out my '67 Impala
