Engine: B230F B-Cam (2 degrees advanced), Chipped 951 ECU/146 EZK, Kingsborne Plug Wires, NGK Copper Plugs, Mann Oil Filter, AEM Air filter, Fabric Braided Vacuum Hoses, Modified iPD flame trap relocation kit, iPd cam plug retainer, Heavy Duty (Tropical) Fan Clutch

I've worked out a cold air intake after the AMM, just for kicks (mostly throttle response) as I doubt there is any HP to gain up stream of the AMM. I experimented with different lengths of 3" pipe after the 90* to see what gives better throttle response.

Here is a very important modification if you aren't running a front timing belt cover

JArami's 1989 Volvo 200-Series

Prevents plastic bags, and other debris that might be picked up while driving, out of the engine bay. A small cost for a lot of peace of mind.

B-Cam swap and Avalanche Performace Adjustable Gear (painted) (Thanks Dale!!!)

I relocated the flame trap using most of iPd's pre-88 relocation kit and the stock s-shape hose on top of the oil/air separator box and a 5/8" nylon barbed hose couple fitting.

Now it only take 30 seconds to check and change the flame trap, no more bloodied knuckles here : )

Suspension: In whole its still stock, I just added the GT style strut braces.

Nice Brick, lots of great modifications. I like the idea of relocating the flame trap. Good website. I'm looking forward to seeing more of your Volvo. 5 Stars!
