***NOTE***My car was unfortunantly completely desroyed during the "Black Saturday" (7/2/09) bushfires here in country Victoria, Australia.  The only items recoverable (yet badly damaged) from the car was the spare set of numberplates that were in the boot,  the hood badge and the wheel caps.  What was left of the car was crushed and taken away with the remains of my house and sheds.  I wont post any pictures post fire as I would like to remember the car for what it was thus this page will remain active.  It has taken me a while to get over this loss and have recently started work on a new project car (ill make a new page for that soon).I am still happy to answer any questions and will post up some more images of the car in its former glory. Introducing my 1954 MG ZA Magnette.  It is listed as a TD as there was no Magnette option. The car has been in my family since it was new, originally owned by my grandfather. It has a 1.5 litre 4 cyl engine that has no difficulty moving us around.  I currently have the car in storage awaiting restoration (of which I will update you readers with pics and info)I do not intend to alter the car during restoration but simply 'redo' things.  My wish list is quite expensive but includes:- New BRG paint- Rechrome all trimmings (wheels currently silver but will also recieve the rechroming treatment"- Restore the engine to safe running and tidy appearanceFortunantle the interior is in great condition and wont require much attention. For now here are some pics of the car in its current presentation.  Enjoy and please post comments.Zomer
