Falls Baptist Car Show 2009

Here are some shots of my car as shown in the 2nd Annual Falls Baptist Car Show 2009 in Idaho Falls, ID on Saturday, June 27, 2009.  Once again they lumped me into the oversized and highly generalized muscle car class with around with lots of 60s GMs and Mopars.   The car looked really nice and got lots of attention. The day before had major rain, but on the day of the show there was not a cloud in the sky and no wind at all making it a lot of fun for the people who  attended. It was fun to get the car a little sunshine after such a long wet spring.

The only other Mustang in the category, was black cherry metallic '68.  The car to win the class, was a '57 Chevy, which should have been in a classic auto class, not muscle cars.

While I was getting the car ready for the show, some people I did not know who were just passing through the neighborhood drove by and watched me for a moment and stopped to complement me on how the car looked.   It really was looking great!
