this is my civic si i bought for 300 dollars... the kid who owned it hit a fire hydrant... this car is an on going procect...
same night i picked up the car i bought a front end from a buddy of mine
it took a few day to get the front end to sit on the car nicely... it wasnt easy with nothing to bolt on to on the driver side
then i did a couple of smaller things while i was looking for a motor to buy
i bought a 2001 single cam v-tec five speed from a friend who had just recently crashed his car for 200 bucks...
i also picked up dc headers, vortech power rail and a cold air intake
since the tranny was hydrolic, i bought a cable/hydrolic conversion from hasport. now instead of being a pully system like others, this one relocates the slave cylinder out of a newer car... mine came out of an ek (97 hatch)
next came a lil more body work along with a high flow radiator out of a 1968 porshe... yeah, you tend to make due with what you have...
some custom guages were also installed by myself that week
notice how little clearence i have under the car...
i eventually finished priming the front end... and yeah thats my lil guy
i went to a car show and picked up some HIDs for 75 bucks, there 6k
also check out this shift knob i got for my birthday... notice the real spider in it
theres still more iv done to the car since then... this was the introduction, enjoy!
