I purchased the truck new at Savannah Dodge in Savannah GA in July 2008. I chose this truck for 3 reasons; the color, it was a 4x4, and it had 410 gears. At the dealership I had them add a Mopar drop in bed liner, custom dodge pin stripe, Mopar chrome Bug Shield, Mopar chrome Tube step rails, Mopar chrome door guards, and a class 4 trailer hitch. I apologies I do not have any pictures with me of the truck right after I purchased it so I will post some pictures of it a few months after the purchase. Please note that I did not know this at first and neither did the dealership but the step rails are on the wrong side in these pictures.

The first exterior mod I installed was an ARE LSx Tonneau cover. I purchased it and had it custom painted to match the truck at Eastern Truck Accessories in Savannah GA. I choose this brand it looked the best on the Rams. You can see it on the picture above. Below is a picture of the Mad Cow with the top open. It also is able to close with the tail gate down when I haul my pond skipper boat.

The next mod was swapping out those horrible highway tires the truck came with and I put on a set of Mickey Thompson Baja Claw 325 50 20's. In order to fit on the stock suspension I had to add 1/2 in spacers on the front tires. They rubbed when I made really sharp turns backing up. After a few weeks they did not rub anymore. I had to custom order these tires from Canada and I had them installed at Savannah Tire in Savannah GA.

I ordered a set of Pocket Style Bushwacker Fender Flares from www.stylntrucks.com. I had them custom painted to match the truck and I was itching to get these bad boys on. I choose this mod because my tires spray allot of mud snow and water on the side of my truck while going down the road. Below is a picture of the fender flares at my house waiting for the install and then installed.
