Mustang3204's 1999 Ford Mustang

1999 V6 35th Anniversary Mustang

Update: The car is finally legal. $400 dollars later and all the legal paperwork is finalized. We also just got the underglow neons on, they are ufo 3million color leds, each tube has 99 settings each. The only things left to do on the car is hook up the sub and amp in the trunk and take the car to get the super44 flowmaster exhaust put on.

This car previously belonged to my friend who had a small accident with it, the only damage done was to the rear quarter panel, the front fender, and the front bumper. We fixed the quarter panel but the fender was much easier replaced all together. When i first got the car all bodywork was stock except for the rims, which are cobra Rs. The damage was small and easily fixed and replaced, but the insurance company still decided to total the car. My friend decided to buy it back from the insurance company and sell it to me. My friend then went out and bought a 1999 V8 gt mustang. I took a loan out for the car and the main parts to start the rebuild, such as the body kit, head and tail lights and the other main beginning parts. Now that its mostly done i would like to take it to a few shows (probally the carisle car show).

This is originally what the car looked like when i first got it.

Damage done to the rear quarter panel and scuffing to the side scoop.

The worst of the damage, front fender (still not that bad)

I obviously wanted to repair the car from the accident. As i planned out what i needed to get to repair the car i changed my mind from repairing it to completely remodding it.

Im focusing on the interior, now that im nearing the end on the exterior. As of the end of august ive done most of what i wanted to do in the interior such as painting some of the trim to match the exterior color of the car, though i still do want to get a few billet parts for the interior. Now i want to focus on engine dressup and engine upgrades.

Thanx for looking..more pics will be coming

yea im liking the paint job it looks like a str8 up show car. i bet a lot of people star at it when your at red lights. i have just been doing lil things...thinks i can do myself and keep it out of the shop. Im not sure yet if im ready to fork over couple grand for the supercharger or turbo or even an engine swap. iv been saving up some side money....but im thinking i might get a NSX for my second car or at least when my car dies
