Hey this is my RX-8, nothing to crazy done to it yet. Only have 19" staggered rims with a lowering kit. Next 2 purchases I want/need to get are a cold air intake and full exhaust. Dont really plan on going all crazy with mods on my car as far as a crazy bodykit, spoiler, or turboing it. i think you can make simple look amazing. So i might just get a lip for the front and back bumper with sideskirtsto even everything out. But hope you like what i have done so far to my ride, please leave comments and let me know what you tHink.

LED Lights Install

Took apart the front bumber to install a set of LED strips underniethe the head lights. Test run before putting everything back together.

Close up during the day of what the LED strips look like with the front bumper back on. They tucked in really well in between the opening of the bumper and head lights and give it a good clean finish.

Custome Painted Engine Covers

Decided to paint the engine covers, took them off and sanded, washed, and taped them up to do the a 2 tone paint job. Only have the main engine cover up since it was the only one that had multple steps and paints being applied.

Sanded, washed, and taped off.

I used a flat Gunmetal color for the center part of the hood cover. This is the next day after i applied the pain and it had dried. Definately see the change it made.

Taped off the center section and applied a couple coats of glossy black and then a couple more coats of clear. Clear coat definately gave it a nice shinny finish.

Final product, added little detail with some pinstriping on second full engine view.
