PRE-PROJECT:

white_fire_2002's 2002 Pontiac Sunfirewhite_fire_2002's 2002 Pontiac Sunfire

This is the Sunfire after my sister was done with it. Soon after, the decal and hubcaps get removed. While it was in her possesion, she added the custom muffler. Which was the good thing she did, meaning i didn't have to. And believe me, it sounds good.

PHASE ONE:

This was taken after the hubcaps and decal were removed. Both were very simple, but important steps into transforming it from my sister's car, into mine.

PHASE TWO:

This is ForestFire after I purchased 16" Enkei RSF2 rims and Nitto NT450 tires. The factory tire size is 195/65/R15. But now its a 205/50/R16. Way better.

I went to get her inspected and the guy told me that the tires on my enkei's were not up to par on PA inspection Laws. According to said laws in order to have my car to have 16" rims, my tire size had to be 205/55/R16. But luckily when i took it in i had my factory wheels on. But now she has a siempre 6 tire in 205/55/R16. Thanks Mr. B!

New pics to come soon, as soon as i can get them off of my phone. lol.  She's lookin good for summer '09 baby!

Thanks for lookin at my car. I still have a good bit of work to do. I've got repairs to do, and I wanna trade the wing for a tamer spoiler. There are eyelids welded onto my hood, thats how the headlights look so evil. Theres actually hoods you can get that are evil eye hoods already made like that, but those are usually fiberglass. You can find out a lot of information on jbody.org. Just if you have questions on there search the forums first, or you will get flamed.

O-60 @11 seconds ain't bad for a "cheap" American car is it? I can't wait to prove people wrong about Sunfire, I live in Somerset and there is not one pimped out Sunfire other than mine. One has a wing, or rims, or underglows...but not everything. I love it. Well, most Sunfires have a limiter that stops you at 107 but some , mostly Z24s and GTs I have found don't shut off. Mine is a lucky one that shuts off.
