I purchased this car when i was 15 years old. this 1979 triumph spitfire has come a long way since then. after replacing much of the sheet metal she was sprayed in viper pearl blue and artic white stripes. the front end has been modified, removing the ugly front bumper from the later years, as for the rest of the body, all four marker lights have been shaved, bonnet seam shaved and as for the interior; out with the old camel colored houndstooth and in with the two tone charcoal and white leather, all hand made. This car is fitted with weber carb, larger cam, pace setter header, monza exhaust and a FLAME throwing kit. My goal was to create a spitfire the way the designer would have it...forget the cost saving flaws(bonnet seam) or the law required parts(marker lights, rubber bumpers)... granted the paint is very loud, but damn i luv, serious head turner and all done by moi.
