thanks for the comment , your cobalt looks good on the 18s not too big. to answer your question , i did lower the vette the front around 1.5 and rear around 2 . they have good superchargers for your cobalt that would make your whip that much cooler .

yeah i had to wipe it all down with a good wax and grease remover then i lightly scuffed it with 400 grit sandpaper then sprayed a good adhesion promotor then primer then color
