Novaesck's 1921 Sterling 827

Well that's what I started out with, I thought it was pretty dorky. It was 5hp and lost alot of races and always broke down. The handcrank starter sucked too.

Modification started with an Engine from a P51 Mustang and a custom 7 gear transmission made from Titanium and Tungston. I basically went nuts with a Welder on the car adding and removing things. All new parts from popular manufacturers were used and basically welded together to work. This is what I ended up with.

As you can see the chassis has been extended, and the body i found in a junkheap and I made it look complete and together. I sent it in to be painted red, then i added the flames myself. The wheels were hard to put on since they're so small, and the originals were really big....and wooden, so I had to make more custom things. The brakes I got from Spoon because I needed something small..but I now regret it because the brakes suck so much it's not even funny (spoon sucks). I'm still suprised I got the lights to mould as well as they did on the 100% custom car...although it was hard making the hood fit around the P51 Merlin Engine. The engine's manifold pressure keeps going too high and then it brakes the exhaust off and shrapnel goes everywhere and sometimes hits my custom welds..which aren't very strong. The interior I kept the same, except added some switches and shorter levers and stuff. I enjoy driving the SAC, it's such an awesome and smooth, and powerfull and fast experience. All I have to say is it cruises and I think it's BOSS.
