Here is my new ride, aquired on Columbus Day weekend 2008. I very reluctantly had to replace my s-10 "E-8" (view this truck on my profile). I picked this truck up for $14,000 with 24,000 original miles. The truck was always kept in a heated garage and was never been run in the winter. Too bad I own it now, but it will be loved. Right now the truck is flawless but very basic. I plan to add a visor and running boards ASAP.
The cap limits visibility in the rear so I added some extra reverse lights. I did not splice them into the reverse lights. I used a toggle switch so I can have the ability to use them as work lights as well.
Nerf Bars added Christmas 08. A hard winter is yet to come. The first true winter this truck will see.
The nerf bars started rusting after the first winter. I wire wheeled them and then rubber coated them. they are now alot more stable for stepping.
I blacked out the bottom plastic, grill pieces and bow-tie.
