Hey, Mat, your girlfriend's Escort still looks very good and straight. That 1300cc Kent engine can do you well if you fix it. That engine is small but has lots of torque that's enough to give you some excitement. Mine is a 1300 too and it still drives the wagon very well on the highway to 140kph. That's not bad for an old nimble engine. What carb is in there? Is it a single or a twin barrel carb? I dropped my front and rear 2 inches to the way it stands now. Put in those 2-inch lowering blocks on the rear leaf springs and got shorter front springs out of an old Mitsubishi. Ground clearance is about 6 inches but it very seldom hits those humps. I had my exhaust pipe installed properly. Keep it up with that one. Thanks for posting me up. Cheers!!! - Mon
