Recently picked up this 1988 Impulse and it runs and drives great. Body is straight and interior is really nice. The only problem that I have found so far is that it blows white smoke once it warms up. After testing I found that the head gasket is blown, but there is no coolant in the oil, and the car does not run hot. It does leak coolant though and i guess it would get hot once it all ran out but it can go on decent length trips with no problems if it has to. Might consider selling it as i don't have much time to do work needed, or might just bite the bullet and pull the head.
