Sweet. Within the next year I'm getting my girlfriend's grandpa's '51 Buick 2-door. It's black and has 35k original miles. I haven't seen it because it's burried under I pile of junk, but apparently it was nice when it was put away. I can't wait to get my hands on it! I love post-war era Buicks.

I would go as original as possible. Quite a project there, but step by step you will have a highly sought after Buick, regardless how ya go with her. Keep us posted on your progress.
