So like most people, I've loved mustangs since I was a kid and always wanted an old 60s model but couldnt afford it and didnt want to settle on something new because Ford removed all of the mustangs spirit and added too much Ford "technology" to take away from the fun. So why not settle in between? Thats where the good old Fox body stands, right in the middle. After finding this one for what I thought was a good deal, I figured I couldn't go wrong with this being my first project car, and I was right as you'll see from the other pics.
This is how it all began...I thought I was in over my head...she ran nice believe it or not.

The work began with the willingness to swap interiors from a 1991 foxbody I had (long story) and into my 87... changing of the horrible blue and black interior from the '87 to the much nicer and newer 91 gray n black was not that easy. Would i do it again, I doubt it! Ford engineers for some reason figured it would be a good idea to change around enough things in those few years so nothing would fit properly. Another good move Ford...
After a year or so of not so steady hours of love, I got her ready for the paint shop.

She's all ready for her new skin
She's all done but missing something, besides the side trim...Rims and Springs!
