In 2005 my wife found this beauty in an online ad. It was a famous Supra that has been previously been owned by many owners such as James Yen (who built the car), Ryan Woon, Guilly Polo, and Craig Lieberman.
It was a 1994 TT 6spd Supra with a Targa top. It had already been modified and had an Authentic TRD wide body kit, Work Equip rims, a built engine with Twin HKS 2835 turbos, a veilside intake manifold, 272 intake and exhaust cams, and the HKS VPC and GCC.
We decided to go ahead and purchase the car and brought it home to the beautiful state of Hawaii.

I had enjoyed the car and drove it all over Hawaii. Unfortunately I enjoyed it way to much and ended up blowing the motor. My number 6 piston went into the cylinder wall and I had no idea what to do. I decided to call the shop that originally built the Supra to see if they could help. SP Engineering located in Los Angeles California. After lenghty discussions with John Kuo at SP Engineering, we shipped the Supra to their shop.
INITIALLY I was just going to have the motor rebuilt, but they said I needed a new short block. No problem. I inquired about a 3.4L stroker kit and low and behold they had an HKS Stroker kit in stock. We decided to upgrade the head with a race head featuring ferrea valve train and an aggressive port and polish on the head. SP Engineering called and reported that the 272 cams had metal shavings in them. They had a set of HKS 280 camshafts and cam gears in stock and we went ahead and had that upgraded. We decided to upgrade the VPC GCC controllers for a HKS Fcon Vpro, and finally decided to go with the HKS 3037 twin turbo upgrade. When all was said and finished, the Supra made 1005 rwhp.

The Supra came home to Hawaii and got some new rims. CCW T-10's with a set of 345/30/18 BF goodrich DR's on the rear.

We also had a custom sound system installed and color matched to the car.

The audio system features an Alpine D310 DVD/CD/MP3 touch screen head unit
Two Precision amplifiers (1000 watts each)
Two sets Precision 5.25 separates
Two Precision 12inch subwoofers (1000 watts)
Custom enclosure in trunk/hatch area
I swapped out my OS giken triple plate for a OS Giken Quadruple plate. Had some fun and decided to send the car back to California so I could attend the 07 SILV (supra's invade las vegas).

On the way back from Las Vegas to California, I had electrical problems and broke down on the side of the I15 south. We had almost made it to Barstow, but no luck.

We were able to get a flat bed to come pick us up, thanks to SPengineering once again! We managed to safely get the car to the shop ready for more upgrades! We found that one of the 3037 turbos went bad, and one of the fuel pumps no longer worked. I had both upgraded to HKS Denso fuel pumps and switch out the turbo's for the HKS 3240 tt.

The final numbers were 1100 rwhp with 820rwtq on C16 and 725 rwhp and 566 rwtq on 91 octane.
And finally with all the pieces finally together, the complete Supra is back in Hawaii, tearing up the streets, freeways and highways.
