Update December 1, 2008:
It was towed to the body shop I used to work for immediately after the wreck on Saturday. We should have the police report by Thursday so that they can start tearing it down to see what all it needs. They said it will most likely need to be put on a frame machine to get it completely straightened out. It will definitely need a new rear quarter panel. The rim on that side will have to be replaced and the leaf spring on that is busted so it'll need new leaves and the axle may or may not be bent. The gas tank was busted so that will need to be replaced also. Parts that will need minor or major body work include the door, fender, and roof on the side of the impact, the decklid and rear valance, the hood, and the fender on the opposite side. The door jamb luckily is not buckled. Now I'll just have to wait and see how cooperative her insurance company is going to be. We believe she received a DUI and because I was completely stopped with my turn signal on and there is plenty of room in that curve to at least slow down and probably stop before hitting me it will definitely be her fault and her insurance will cover my repair. Luckily no one was hurt. I'll stay updated.

was stopped waiting to turn left onto a road while a car in the other lane passed when a lady came flying up behind me and couldn't stop in time. she tried to steer out of the way to the left but still hit me. had it towed to a body shop that i used to work at. it was her fault so her insurance will cover the damage.
