New Upgrades coming this summer
After installing the motor, we found out that the engine breathes so good and pulls so much air that my Kenne Bell supercharger can not keep up with the airflow needs. Even with a 10 psi pulley, the supercharger is only pumping 950cfm and 260 degree air into the intake, which if you know anything about engines hot air is not good. I will be changing to a Paxton system that will be intercooled. It is able to run up to 1700cfm and won't put out the heat like the Kenne Bell. I will loose a little low end torque by switching to a centrifugal supercharger, but the 2400 stall converter will help compensate for that.
I am also changing the oil pan to a custom billet pan from GS Motorsports. It has an 8.5 quart capacity and built in windage tray. It also has built in ports for the supercharger oil lines as well as a hookup for a vacuum line to help aid in the flow of oil back into the oil pan.

The rear end will be upgraded to a Powertrax locker type differential to aid in traction as well. Unlike the factory limited slip which sends power to both wheels until one slips and sends power to the slipping wheel, the Powertrax sends the power to the wheel that has traction.

Current Work
Here's some pictures of the current modifications in progress. I'll post more pictures as they come available.

I designed my own waterbox versus using a generic gas tank that comes with the GS Motorsports setup. I made an aluminum box and brackets to mount where the spare tire goes, and adapted the box so the fan/radiator setup for the intercooler can mount to it as well. I bought a gas cap from Summit and made the brackets to mount and fill the tank from inside the hatch at the rear of the Durango. I mounted it with chrome hardware and have a chrome pepcock to drain it as well.

Here are some of the engine pics while I still have it out.
