This week I'm updating the pages, lots been done on the TA these 2 weeks.
The WS6 Trans Am
Like I said, I traded my 1992 Firebird V6 3.1 for the WS6 V8 TPI Trans Am
And here it is
Finaly the car I always wanted
The car that actualy wears the name Trans Am
Befor:
Wen I got this car it whas in a bad shape, a lack of main yearly check ups ect.
Paint whas flat..
Lucky the interior whas in good shape, the car whas totaly in a Euro style that I really hate
.With one look of an Eye the front disk brake were totaly out of shape, and the engine runs even worse than 80 year old Daf..
Lets not discus the old stock exhaust that whas more holle then pipe.
Probably standing still for a wille, I found a Birdsnest under the TPI dam that whas
starting to burn and smoke on my way home the day I took it home. (^_^)
Wen I got it the top leaked quit allot on the drivers side. fixed that by unscrew the slots under the plastic caps and turn it more to the outside, and screwed it tight up again, now the tops are locked tighter to the car and no more leaks!
I must admit, there whas defenetly a moment I regret trading my V6 Firebird for this one
The V6 I brought back in Showroom condition and I putted allot of $$$$$$ in it to make that posible.
But afther a wille I'm glad I did, afther I made the V8 in a more proper personal style.
Basicly I only use standard parts, till the car is totaly done, I do this cus of the past of the car.
To know and understand better whats going on inside the car it self.
Afther the basic is done, in time I want to fix up the body, befor putting in performance hardware.
Cus I still believe the Basic is the most importand platform to build up from.

The car has a new paintjob, the USA style Mirrors are back on, those euro styles were a pain to look at!
Coated the tailights smoke black, with a clear finish.

The engine I just cleaned up,with engine cleaner, its nicer to work in a cleaner inviorment (^_^) Well that really whas a world of difrence.
