Unfortunately on March 21 of this year I was involved in a headon collision when an oncoming vehicle lost control and spun directly in front of me across my lane.
The car was totalled, but I am a living breathing testament to the strength and safety of these cars. Nothing was broken, but I have been in a fair amount of pain ever since.
That being said, I already have another one lined up and will be picking it up shortly. Nothing but a UrS for me now........
I had my good friend do a full cut wax and clean on the paint and then he X-kote`d it. That stuff is absolutely amazing!!!! The paint job would look brand new if it wasn`t for the odd rock chip here and there.
So Anyways, this is my 1996 Audi S6.....one of only 106 imported to North America for the year, so yeah it`s a fairly rare example of the marque.
I`ve done some modifying since I bought the car:
I added an ECS R1 diverter valve so it will hold boost better.
Upgraded the stock ignition to EFI Express custom wire harness and GM LS2 coils (no more miss under high boost)
Car has an MTM 1+ chip and BOSCH 3 Bar MAP w/ 1.9 bar WG spring (22 lbs of boost)
3" downpipe, full 2.5" dual exhaust back
