This is my first car. Since these w e re a lways special cars to me I bought one this year when I turned 16. It still needs some TLC and typical rust work but the motor and transmission are great and will probably outlive me. Its one of 2 I've seen around in the past 10 years...

Shit that needs to get done:

-Rust protection

-Parking Brake

-Tires

-PAINT

-Exhaust...I was thinking a GN Flowmaster kit. (probably wont happen for years...)

Interiors pretty nice, Typical wear, dashboard cracks. Need a new steering wheel and possibly a new original Concert Sound II radio...

Thank You I amslowly restoring it to make it a PEARL Condition car I am only 21 so I have a little money each week to dump into this baby my girl friend hates it LOL. Here are some facts the 3.8 is the op 5 engine EVER built in the world out of any car like BMW PORSHE AND MERCEDES it is a great engine. With the milage you have it is not that bad some people say wow that is a lot of mile tobe honest with you change the oil and put in the castrol high milage syntec oil 4 quarts the 1 quart of Lucas engine oil stabalizer the lucas renews worn rings in you cylinders and lubricates the engine for cold starts and is really good if you drive a little turn off your car then restart it again shortly after turning it off that causes wear on the enin as well as idleing at a stop like in the morning when you let the car warm up for a couple minutes before you go to school. The oil and lucas is a little expensive around 40 50 dollars for the oil plus filter but man it is realy worth it. You should change the air and fuel filter. I can hlp you out to get your baby running smooth and last you a long time if you would like me to shoot you a few pointers email me at ccjjmm18@yahoo.com I hope to see some more pics of it soon. the exhaust is good the way it is too if you want dual exhaust I would say toreplace the muffler with a magna flow muffler with a single input from you one pipe running from the headers to the muffler and the you will have 2 outs to run dual exhaust first off it is less money so you can have it sooner than you think but the car is designed for max HP the way you exhaust is changing it to dual could lower the HP rather than boost it. And you will get a nice sound out of it with the magna flow muffler through 2 magna flow tips if that is what you wanted which is the reason people do it and put in a cold air intake that could also give you a deeper tone since you have more air going through it. Get back to me at my email with any questions you might have I also have a lot of engine parts from a 3.8 I stripped from 1990 the same engine you have if you need any just ask I will see if I can help you. Take it easy, Chris
