Basically this page was designed because I'm tired of seeing my fellow import-owners being hated on. I will add more to this page eventually, feel free to leave comments in the guestbook. I'm sure we will get some retaliation by import haters, and I am actually looking forward to the corny shit they will try to come up with next....

The question is why are there people out there that hate imports so much? I've seen a fair amount of 'anti-import' guestbook posts and several websites. It is most commonly domestic 'muscle' car owners. ---- Many people dislike things, but these people go out of their way to put down imports. They spend an unusual amount of time with their obsession to clown on imports. It doesn't usually go the other way (imports hating on other makes). People don't spend that much time thinking about something they dislike.. actually hardly any time at all. TV shows, food, etc. that you don't like - do you spend all your free time posting on websites about how much you dislike them? No, that obsession only kicks in when you are JEALOUS. Jealousy is a lot bigger drive than simply a 'dislike.'

My personal opinion is that these other car owners (usually some fugly camaro or mustang) are simply JEALOUS of imports. Sure, I admit many of your cars may be faster. But why do you feel so threatened by us import owners, really? First of all, there are many imports that can and will beat the shit out of your cars on the track. But I think the biggest factor is that import owners have been getting more attention and you guys just can't accept that. Imports look so much nicer and run beter than your piece of shit 'muscle' cars. So many more customization options to go with. Oh I guess you probably are also jealous that import owners are getting all the girls too. You guys belong to the cruising spot down the street...full of all the senior citizens. Imports are the future, and you can't stand the fact that you don't get as much attention any more.... Parking lots full of imports and women on the weekends are a common thing...where are all the muscle cars and their ladies at? Kicking it with the senior citizens somewhere. Are you so jealous that they made a movie called the "Fast and The Furious" and that it was all about imports?? And that tite-ass import car shows are popping up all over the nation? One quick note that I would like to mention: if the 'ricer' taste for customization is so ugly, why is it that I am seeing increasingly more muscle cars with such things as altezza's, metal wings, clear corners, etc..... ?????? Sure looks like some of you guys are happy that they are finally making stuff like that for your cars.

By the way, why the hell do you think they stopped making camaro's, trans am's etc.... because they don't sell worth shit and nobody wants them anymore!! Keep hanging on to your '.....well... at least my car is faster than yours!' because that's all you have left, and that's not even the common thing anymore. Imports are still pretty new to the scene (performance mods wise), yet people are coming out with some crazy shit -- this is becoming increasingly more common when witnessing these so called 'bowls of rice' beat the shit out of your so called 'muscle' cars. And the number of these 'muscle' eaters will just continue to increase. watch out!! - don't run it too hard or your car is gonna be in the shop gettin repairs once again!! your muscle cars have had a few generations of a head start over us import owners, but we're catching up quick and you know it!

Let me give you another example .... take fashion for example. Many of the clothes that us younger generation wear are considered 'ugly' or 'ridiculous' by older people. Think about it, you GUYS ARE THE OLD-SCHOOL PEOPLE WHO CAN'T ACCEPT THAT THINGS ARE CHANGING.
