i got the long gauge whole. its one complete assembly. it came complete with the wiring harnesses. took me a couple of hours to trace all the wires and tap. hehehe... the black hood would definitely look nice on your car. its got a sporty color already. But i suggest you think of a specific theme for your car (eg. JDM, drag racing look, circuit look, etc.) and properly plan your execution so that you won't end up with a "chopsuey" look. By the way, if your gonna have it painted, it might cost you roughly 2.5k, why don't you try fiberglassing the hood instead? it will even be lighter than your sheet metal hood. use black toner so it dries black. its bound to cost less than 1.5k and may take a weekend or two complete but there's nothing like looking at your dressed up car and being able to think to yourself "i did that myself!"
