In The Beginning...
These two pics are from way back in late 2004, around November I think, when I first bought my SVT. About 101,000 miles, missing one wheel/rim/strut (I limped it 80 miles home from Kansas on a donut), fogged-out headlight, paint blemishes and chips, essentially no mods, clogged fuel injector, old oil, filthy, and generally in a state of poor maintenance...

After a tuneup, engine flush, oil change, new fuel filter, cleaned upper-intake manifold and fuel injectors, new rear drivers-side strut assembly, a set of 18" Konig Theory rims and Sumitomo tires, general paint touchups, and various other little fixes, it was looking and performing far better around spring 2005...

At this point it all halts for a couple of years, as I joined the military and lived on base up in Washington near Seattle for several years, leaving my 'tour lying dormant under a tarp for the duration.
The Journey and Buildup...
After a long and arduous deployment overseas, I had finally saved enough money to get my SVT put on a car-carrier in February 2008 and shipped up here from my parents' place to awaken from its slumber and take its rightful path to glory.

Upon its arrival in early March, I promptly cleaned the cobwebs out of it and began installing the mods I had accumulated and stored over the years, including custom blue-lit gauge faces, SVT badges, carbon fiber cowl hood, XCalibrator2 with performance tune, and carbon fiber eyelids and Mirko splitter (last two not shown in pic). I am still waiting to install the Magnaflow resonator and Hi-Flow cat until I get MSDS headers and tips. Should be soon.

Here are some pics in mid-march '08, with the above-mentioned mods installed. Vast aesthetic improvement here.

I also replaced all of my gauge-cluster and HVAC panel light bulbs with blue LEDs, which makes for a very strong blue glow...

My interior, although not heavily moded, is in good condition. Here are some pics from mid summer 2008...

Here are a couple of recent photos of the engine bay after some cleanup and touchups. Nothing major, it's just fairly clean and has a couple of paint mods, tubing, trim, and a cold-air intake. I have some plans for it though, so stay tuned.

Midsummer '08 I took a drive out into to forest along some winding roads, and had to take advantage of some of the beautiful scenery while I could...

Winter 2008: I have recently installed two sets of neons; A set of small blue ones under the front kickplates, and a set of larger red ones beneath the seats that illuminate the rear floorboards. I wired them all up to a small switch that I installed in a small empty spot next to the rear windshield defrost button above the headlight switch. I get a lot of compliments on these...

After trying and failing to get the wiring to my fog lamps to work, I decided to just bypass the factory relay and install my own independent switch. I bought a carbon-fiber racing switch, a separate blue indicator LED, and installed them in the holes where the gauge-cluster brightness control wheel was; I never used that thing anyway...

New Sylvania SilverStar Ultra headlights and Fogs!

Stop Virgin Media from turning the internet into a centralized system with limited bandwidth, no access to sites that don't pay money to Virgin in order to have their sites accessible and included in a cable-TV-like package, and no freedom. No one is fighting for our internet freedom, but the corporations are openly working to take it away and make it expensive, limited, and monopolized.
Keep Net Neutrality, or the Internet as we know it will be completely gone by 2012, replaced by a system where you have to pay for packaged combinations of web sites just like you pay for cable TV channel packages, like HBO or Cinemax, for up to $60 per package, with no access to small-time web sites or forums! Virgin Media is the first, already implementing this system in the UK. Others will follow if they succeed and no one raises a hand to them! Go to:
