Hello, My name is Eddie and this is my personal project.  I'm a very big Datsun fan.  I can deal with Nissan, but it it nothin compared to a Datsun.  My first car or should I say truck was a 1974 Datsun 720 Pickup.  It wasnt in the perfect condition, but it was a beaut.  I had to get ride of it because it got stolen, but when recovered, the plates were missing, and I couldn't get new plates until I smogged it back then.  So, since parts where hard to come by, and it was taking up room, I had to get ride of it.  My next car was a 1972 Datsun 510 stationwagon.  That car was my baby, until I got smack on my quarter panel and repairs were beyond fixable.  After that, I had other cars, but I still wanted a 510 or a Datsun pickup.  Not to long ago, I bought a 1979 Datsun 280ZX.  The car was in good condition, but i was dealing with alot of engine problems.  Come to find out that Datsun 280ZX fuel injection motors are hard to maintain, so I decided to sell it.  When I had posted on craigslist, I also made an add to buy a 1969-1974 Datsun 510 or a 1973-1974 Datsun pickup.  This guy had called me and asked if I was still looking for one.  He told me he had a 1970 2 door Datsun 510 just sitting and he wanted to get ride of it.  I told him that I didn't have the money at the time, but then he referred to me about my ad online about my 280ZX and asked if I was willing to trade.  I told him if he was serious, then I'll be willing to trade.  After all is said, I went to go look at the car.  I new it needed time and money, but I didn't care.  I told him that I wanted it still, so we had a deal.  So now, heres my 510 which will be my greatest personal project.  I dub this car My "MISTRESS"

The Interior was trashed, the body was in very good shape, just little dents here and there, but overall, no major wrecks or repairs.  So overall, this was a great start for my project.
