The van is equiped with a Braun Swing-out wheelchair lift. Zero effort steering & brakes. That means the steering sector has been re-valved. and the brake booster spring has been changed, thus requiring NO effort to steer or use brakes.

Here is my $5 dollar spoiler, Well, less than that actually, seeing i took it from my own salvage yard.
It's an old bed rail guard off a Ranger.

I need the low effort steering/brake arrangement, also, driving
from a wheelchair in my Ford. Steering box gets sloppy, after 40K, weaves in marked lane Interstate highways. Love to find a
decent modified steer box for my '01 250 tag SPA-JN. Components
like this go scrap at salvage yards(odd items). Vendors refuse
to sell anything less than a complete w/electronic backup unit,
for $2400+labor, toss everything out in the excuse for profit:
Liability. I want the part, not a Lawyer. Had a '91 Club Wagon,
one of the best!
