Notes: I have done a lot in the performance category, and now I am hooked, so it will begin to get faster and faster and the look of the car WILL change dramatically. A new drive stance, and wheels are going to make this thing look very low sleek in stead of the tall heavy look it has now, but believe me, it does move.....fast.

HISTORY
This car was produced on January 14th, 1977 in Southern California. It was #1,853 to be produced. On February 2nd, it was shipped Via trailor (big rig) to S&J Chevrolet in Cerritos. On March 25th 1977 My great uncles step-father bought the car for $6,327.00 ... He had many options on this car, For example:
-Delux Belts
-Tinted Glass
-Factory Air Conditioning
-Twin Remote Sport Mirrors
-Conquista Package
-Heavy Duty Front and Rear Suspension
-350 4bbl V8 Engine
-350 Turbo Hydro Trans (Now a T-700R4)
-Tilt Steering Wheel
-Power Steering
-Neon Gauges
-Electric Clock
-Windshield Antenna
-Heavy Duty Radiator
-Rally Wheels
-AM Radio
These were all the options you could possibly think of for the 1977 Chevrolet El Camino. One that I am very proud to have owned. My Great uncle, and the previous owner of this beauty passed from Cancer in 2001, he had been in the middle of this project, and battling his illness for the past 15 years. For that, I dedicate this page, and this car, to him. RIP Unc.

I'm in need of smogging my car in Cali as well. Did you pass ok? If you had problems what were they and how did you get around them?
