chromelover's 1995 BMW 3-Seriesso this is what i found after i pulled the water pump. a huge crack . this would have caused some very big problems. i am very glad i replaced it before it caused big problems.  so if you have a motor like the m50 with the plastic impeller on the water pump.for gods sake replace it!!!
