This is my next, great project - a '89 Maxima SE.
There's an interesting story behind how I came to be in posession of this car. In truth, this car pretty much dropped into my lap, as the lady I got it from didn't want it anymore - having just got two brand new cars - and was either gonna sell it outright (she was asking $400) or have the junk yard come and get it.
So, being the enterprising person that I am, I offered to do a little bit of 'car stereo installation magic' on her two new cars in the form of two OEM radios installed in her two cars, in exchange for her Max. She happily accepted, and the Max came home with me.
She's a work-in-progress that I plan on having for a while. I want to do all the things that I couldn't get done with my other Maximas. I guess you can even go as far as to say a "better, stronger, faster" Max!!
I'll have more pictures as I go along, so enjoy the ride as I take you on my personal journey to automotive "bliss".
