hey thanks for the comment. teh car is a replica of the 63 grand sport race car that used to race the shelby cobras. the original race car didnt have the split window either. there was only 5 original 63 grand sports built

Thanks for the compliments. Yeah I know, I knew it would look good but it did turn out a lot nicer than I thought, mostly due to the skills of my body guys. I'm indeed very proud, I've got a lot of positive feedback from the other members and I can't wait for summer to start taking it out to shows!

For now I'm just going to leave it the way it is, the 305 in it runs really nice. Also I just found out my bodyshop bill is $6500 so I can't even afford to hang an air freshener in this car let alone swap the engine! Maybe down the road a 454 (Or an Olds 455) will end up in it.
