This is my 88 Subaru DL *aka* guido. I bought him for 400 bucks and so far ive only but about another 600 back in him. Ive got a brand new pioneer stereo with factory subaru sti pioneer speakers.
The 1st winter i had it i was excited to use 4wd but it didnt work. It wasnt until this summer when i tore into it did i realize that someone unhooked the diaphram for the bladder switch. Sounds gross right.
Future plans are to get some Pug Wheels and lower it a few inches to close in some fender gap. Ive also started the gruleing task of takeing off trim for rust repair. Eventhough it looks bad it isnt, this car came from california so the rust on it is surface. Im not really planning on puttin in a bigger motor or anything because even though 200 thousand is on the clock he still runs just fine. If it aint broke dont fix it.
