Original color of the car was Coral Red L-351, this color is still in the interior, the exterior is now Sealing Wax Red L-53 from 1958 which was put on the bus.

The steering wheel was refurbished by BFY Obsolete Parts

Interior, at the moment, is Sewfine and original paint color.  When I repaint the car, hopefully in the spring, I am putting German carpet and headliner in.  Other things being replaced will be German spec bumpers, new glass, pop-outs, molding, vent wing assembly, assist straps, rear view mirror, right side visor bracket, chrome speaker grill, vent wing divider bars, empi bumper bar set. The original visors are in good shape.  Seat belts were added.

This car came from Oregon to Bolder, Colorado where I bought it in spring of 2003 off Ebay of all places.  Since buying I have rebuilt the engine, put the brakes back to German, 1958 brakes for better stopping.

The spare rim and the Firestone tire are old.  Haven't done anything in the trunk, it's all original.

This is when I got it home.  This is also my 1965 project car

1641cc, but I want to single port it, put an old carb back on and put the correct fan shroud back on it so it will look as close to original as it can.

I airbrushed this coat after buying the car, this is a shot of the flat irons in Bolder, CO where I bought the car.

The car has original pans, glass & bumpers.
The glass and bumpers are showing their age.
That is why I want to replace

The car came with these trim rings, which was an accessory at the time of purchase.  It also had and accessory tray or shelf inside.

I have been adding accessories since I bought it.  First thing was the roof rack, no not original though

Fresh air vent and ski rack. The ski rack is missing the leather
strap at this point.  I looked for a ski rack for 2 yrs and just picked it up.

Original wind deflector with flag holder.  It did come with 48 star flags in it but they were beat and a disgrace to this country.  I bought these flags at an estate sale, 48 Star Flags, with a 1936 election ballot wrapped around them.  I have 5 flags and 3 pins.

I just bought the 5" Bosch brake light and the 5" fluted Hella fog lamps.  Just need brackets now, hard to find brackets for the over rider bumpers.

I have also added the '56 Coca-Cola cooler, 50's luggage, 50's water container and the wicker suitcase style picnic basket with service for 4, still sealed.  As seen in the back seat.

I would love to get a Hazet tool set for the spare tire, but by the time I can start to afford one they will probably be selling for $2,000 and be out of my range again.
