May and June 2009  - Hooked up switches A and B and fuel sensor and transmission selector signal to Dakota Digital dash input.  Purchased little aluminum brackets at Goodguys show that will work to connect the throttle cable to the new Lokar gas pedal.  Picture when I finish adapting it.  Also got a deal on a battery shutoff required for cars with the battery in trunk by NHRA.

The week of June 19 I got used stock exhaust manifolds for an 03 or 04 Mach 1 on E-bay and grit blasted them.

This was followed by high temperature powder coating by Mike Hanson in his garage setup.  These should make for more room in the engine compartment than the headers and now the steering might go straight to the rack. If this works, the chrome shorty headers are going up for sale.

Busy with the downstairs floor - stripping off a layer of pressed wood that was hiding under carpet so I can nail down good old 3/4 inch hardwood. Uses up all my free time. %$#@*&)

hey buddy i haven't see any new post from you in a while, i was just checking in to see how the car was coming along. I also have a question, my steering doesn't work and i think its from the steering box, but its probably a lot more than that. could i put an entire steering set up from a fox body mustang or style and year into my car. I just cant afford to get it new like yours. If you have any suggestions, im definitely all ears. Thanks,
