So I finally finished the major bit of wiring running through the interior,  wrapped it in protective sleeves and began putting in the interior.  The repro carpet was expecting a seat platform so it will have to be smoothed to match the new pan shape.  Bolting the front seats on it should do the trick.  My oldest son Lee helped with the bending and stooping in the rear seat area.  He got the quarter trim in, the fold down positioned, and the rear outer seat belts bolted in place.

I took over and fed the inner belts through the lower seat, put in the upper and lower rear seats.  heck I even started to put in the front belts at least the ones on the floor.

Who says there's not rear seat leg room in a Mustang?  Yes, those are pedals by Lokar.

Yes this weekend Nov 15 2008 we got one front seat bolted in.  Used grade 8 bolts and heavy washers and lock nuts.  Hey I don't wanna go through the windshield.  Some day sombody's gonna come up with SRS airbag kits to come out of the steering wheels and dash on these restorations.  Mark my word.

Busy with the downstairs floor - stripping off a layer of pressed wood that was hiding under carpet so I can nail down good old 3/4 inch hardwood. Uses up all my free time. %$#@*&)

hey buddy i haven't see any new post from you in a while, i was just checking in to see how the car was coming along. I also have a question, my steering doesn't work and i think its from the steering box, but its probably a lot more than that. could i put an entire steering set up from a fox body mustang or style and year into my car. I just cant afford to get it new like yours. If you have any suggestions, im definitely all ears. Thanks,
