Tottal Sent:$650what she looked like when i got her sitting since 77 300$ no keys and not running got some missin teeth? the worst area on the body alot of old bondo yes thats is moss around the window if you can see the bottom of the plate the sticker say 77 i got wings... witch is not that i can say about the motor its going to need a reabuild looks clean but ceased millecento Italian for 1100 gutted the interior holes in the floor allowed mice and what ever in and just stunk
front floorboards need to be replaced tryed wd40 bath and rocking it in gear think a v8 would fit? bah i got no lift but it wasn't heavy tranny is supper light got the motor on the stand and torn apart thats as far as i got, i did a little body work on the driver rear quarter. the only thing that stopping me is the motor. i don't have any pic's, but when it was running last the guy who owned it put marine spark plugs in witch were longer. the electrode conductor on the spark plug was broken off and had bounced around in the motor chewing up the piston and the head. i don't think i and going to repair the motor. it would be cheaper to do a swap and go custom. so right now im hunting for a cheap car for the motor. i was thinking either a ford 2.3L or a nissan sr20 de.*UPDATE*well i put alot of thought into it and i wanted a sr20 de, but settled for a ford 2.3L for just the price
worst body rust and damage just cleaned up the rustang 200$? and my new 2 ton hoist with a 8 ton jack?60$? not bad eh...the ford 2.3L N/A with a t5 transmission kinda ran and drove electrical problems (good thing thats what im good at)now i got to shoe horn it into the fiat seeing how much smaller the engine bay is in comparisonThe Reason for the swapthe piston is worst but can be replaced and the cylinder itself is fineyes it could be repaired but i want to be able to drive my car and not be afraid of hurting itmost of the firewall is now gone so theres no turning back
