Interior dash was wet sanded and painted to match exterior paint . Center dash console and door panel switch plates changed to silver. In front of the shifter new emblems and painted silver all the way up. Momo Italian Evo F16 Titanium shifter and boot. Engine has been painted the same color as the exterior of the car.
E -brake was custom painted, auto page/auto surveillance system and remote start added with remote window control, auto hood/trunk releases. LED display for perimeter. Fujita chrome air intake, 20” / 9.5" Dip Dagger chrome offset with Kumo Z rated tires. Changed HID conversion of headlights. Head lights were disassembled and hand painted details added. Rear taillight top painted blue to match car - extends and widens body line. Tinted rear lights blue, and changed to LED lighting with tint blue. Lower rear bumper painted silver between the exhaust.
Calipers disassembled and painted Ferrari red. Cross drilled and slotted rotors by BP yet to be put on. Bill Stein racing suspension with Tien coil over 1.3” in rear, 1" in front, tinted out lower fog lights to blue. Put ambient lighting , painted silver mesh grills to illuminate and engine. Entire engine completely steel braided, heat wrapped all exposed wiring and tubing. Installed LED blue courtesy lighting. Changed out Saturn silver door sills to billet with custom etching and back light under sills.
Engine Mods to be done: Performance: RPI 3.” tubular exhaust with down pipe cat back, inter cooler upgrade turbo, stabilizer/torque bars across engine and rear, 50mm blow off valve
Body Mods: To be done replace soft top with hardtop, reverse (suicide) 90 degree vertical doors removing exterior door handles. The hood and trunk come stock opening reverse so I believe this will add a nice touch.
Sound System: replace woofer with JL Audio 15” sub,Rockwood Amp, Panasonic touch screen, replacing all tweeters with Boston Acoustic, Replace side mirrors with video eye, back up eye to be displayed and wired into the head unit. Glass partition wind deflector with etching and luminescent light.
Trunk will serve to house a mega pixel projector and under hood will be a pull down automatic screen.
My concept for this car is a tribute to the past and the future...The Vauxhall lightening was the original concept car unveiled at the Jacob Javitts Show in NY {the past} and the Opel GT , as you know is the European version {the future}.
