Shackle Flip
The Sky Manufacturing shackle flip installed. Took about 4 hours with the use of 2 angle grinders. The toughest part of the swap was getting the nuts and washers on to the ends of the bolts without removing the gas tank, which there was only about an inch of room between it and the frame.
A shot of the back after the swap, it still has the 3" blocks on it which i am going to remove when i get new U-bolts and the ORD Zero-rate leaf to relocate the axle 1.5" back, you can see why in the next picture.
The nature of the beast, because the axle was moved on one axis, the axles path of motion is to get closer to the fender, which it has. The ORD Leaf will hopefully move the axle back to center.
