The motor before the rebuild. I didn't what to rebuild it... I thought I was doing the car a favor when I added some slick50. I didn't know that in 1972 they used vinyl timing gears, or that slick50 disolves vinyl. so, time to save up for a rebuild. Insted of just getting a crate motor, or rebuild, I desided to pay way to much to a race team mechanic, tobuild with my block a stock Buick 350 the oem parts...

With the money I wasted there I could have had a doneover 455 put in.I was so young and stupid.
