Some of my new ideas for this ranger:

The idea is to turn this into a daily driver, pre runner style race truck.

I plan to use the front Twin I-beams and all the front suspension on the E150 and swap the stock ranger suspension out for the van suspension. However, I might go with the softer springs from a stripped down F150 with a 6 cylinder. I will also use the radius arms on the E150 which are longer, which will allow for more travel in the ranger suspension. This should provide about a total of 2-5 inches of lift. In the rear, I might remove a couple leafs from the van leaf pack, and slide them into the stock ranger leaf pack which will lift as well as strengthen the rear. Rear axle wise, I will probably swap 7.5's with the one from my 4x4 because it has the limited slip differential. In the end this should be a pre runner style daily driver.

you should get a wrecked 5.0 mustang and do a drivetrain swap into that ranger. You'd have the fastest car in school for a while!
