Laxman20's 1997 Honda Prelude

This car was a recent accquistion for me.  My other car, My 1998 Neon R/T, was recently claimed by high flood waters during Tropical Storm Fay less than two weeks ago.  The insurance company said that the damages exceeded the value of the car so I had no choice but to total it.  Even if i did not take their money for the Neon, I could never legally drive the car again, so says the Florida Law.  So, I had no choice but to part ways with my beloved Neon and say hello to my new Prelude.  Here is a link to my old page if you would like to see the work I had done to my Neon.  http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2936652

So, please feel free to visit my new page and take a look at my few pictures I have so far.  Suggestions from anyone that knows about Preludes are welcome as well as any tips to what works and what doesn't.  Just leave your comments in my guestbook!

Well I am a veteran tuner and prelude owner. Two things that are sometimes mutually exclusive, but not in this case. You car is in good condition.I suggest you think about what you want for it and think about what will make it look or peform better and go from there. I see theres someone talking about some light wieght wheels. I wouldn't waste my money on it. The prelude is no race car its a sporty car. Thats whats so hard to get these honda guys to understad.Hondas are not race cars. They waste all their money trying to make a fwd fast and the biggest problem will never change. fwd. Weight transfer to the rear. rudces traction. Wasting money. I say carbon fiber fades and is a fad. Just like big airplane wings.

nah man i been installing sterios for 10 years now and i have never once had an issue with the alarm system. Just go to best buy or something like that and get the wiring harness and match up the colors, then plug it in. Good to go! ive put in a better part of 300 radios in many cars and never ran across a problem wit the alarm, dont hold me to it but i think you are safe
