THA CHEVY
This is my dad's and my father/son project.
It is a 1968 Chevy c10 truck. It has a 350/375 small block corvette racing motor.
The moter has A LOT of racing parts, from the cam to the lifters, to the pistons to the headers and pipes. It has a brand spankin new Holley carburetor. It has a Very big NOS bottle in the back [as you can see from the pix]
It has 18 inch wide Mickey Thompson tires on the rear. [which will smoke like crazy]
We put a brand-new fuel pump for it about 4 months ago and it went bad, letting the wrong liquids go into the wrong places, eating away at the cam and lifters. Now this just gives us the chance to put a bigger cam and better lifters back on it.
Dad and I have now put a bigger cam and brand new set of lifters back in the motor. It sounds great and runs better than before. Next we hope to cut out the rust spots on the doors and get those lookin new. Then after awhile hopefully painting. Dont know what color yet...... any suggestions??
Well Its a work in progress just like everyone elses project. Hope to get some more done soon. This is what we have so far. Hope ya like it.
