I bought this 99' Subaru Legacy Outback in April, 1 week after buying it for what my parents and i thought was a good deal, turned out to be a blown headgasket, very common for this car. We had that fixed and it had a lot more power, and ran a lot better too. It had stock everything when i bought it.
First mod: Magna flow Cat-back exhaust. You can hear it in my rally video
Second mod: 400watt Kicker Subwoofer, with Alpine mono-channel amp. New deck.
Third mod: Stickers
Northern Alliance Board Shop, Rome SDS Snowboards, University of Oregon, GO DUCKS
Fourth mod/s: Painted rims, and snowboard rack.
