ok this is the page where i put the bumpers and the shackle reversal in.
first is the bomb aas hell shackle reversal. please forgive the paint i decided to go with a different color so they are primar right now. and also the center sross brace is not installed. i tweaked the mounts that the front brackets bolt to so i have to bend them back to shape.
check out the new shackle angle!
all together it added 1/4" lift and 3-4" droop. made the front flex a hell of a lot better. i can get up on the ramp to about a 550 fully connected.
nopw for the bumpers
the front is a stinger(pain to put on the guy
who made them miss measured the mounting holes)
now for the rear full swing out tire carrier w/two jerry can holders, and a high lift mount. i was told that it would interfeer with my hard top but it looks like it will clear just fine.
now i just need a spair tire(that can wait till i do my soa and full widths. (woohoo 37" maxxis crawlers!!))
tributes to my homie dave o. sat there and ground on the front bumper for 2 hours with me.
